Why are Resort Fees added to my reservation?

Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA) is a private gated community. The community requires all short term renters to pay for the privilege to use all of the amenities (pools, beaches, fitness center, Lodge, etc.) throughout the community which are normally reserved for homeowners only. The fees are collected at the time of booking and are paid to the Association by the host before your arrival. Fees are non-refundable once they’ve been paid! The fees are as follows:

Transaction Fee: $35 per reservation
Vehicle Access Fee: $20 per vehicle, per reservation
Per Person Amenity Fee: $6 per person, per day for guests aged 6 and over

When is Check-in Time?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the day of your reservation. You are welcome to arrive to Arrowhead early and explore the community, but you cannot enter the house before 4:00. In some cases we can accommodate an early arrival. Please ask.

When is Check-out Time?

You must be checked-out by 10:00 AM on the last day of your reservation.
