The Fraser Fir Chalet is located in the award winning Arrowhead Lake Community Association. There is several beaches, heated swimming pools, two large lakes for kayaking or canoeing, a Lodge for hosting events, playgrounds, fitness center, game room and so much more. Everything listed below is available for you to use as a guest at the Fraser Fir Chalet. Your wrist bands must be worn at all times when using community amenities.
The Lodge
- Fitness Center – equipped with free weights, cardio, row and press machines. (Open 5 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily)
- Library – A wide variety of book selections for reading while at the Lodge or for take-home. DVDs and board games available, too!
- Adult Billiards Room – For adults 18+, 3 pool tables and TVs (Open 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily)
- Arrowhead Store – Purchase Arrowhead Lake apparel and merchandise
- Public wireless internet available.

Welcome Center
- Location – 971 Arrowhead Drive, Pocono Lake, PA 18347
- Guest Check-in – You will begin your stay at the Fraser Fir Chalet by checking at the Welcome Center and receiving your wristbands and gate cards.
- Family Game Lounge – Lower level of Welcome Center. Ping Pong, Billiards, Air Hockey, Board Games, Arcade Table games, and more.
Hours: Open Daily 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM - Trash Center – Located behind the Welcome Center. There is no curbside trash pickup in Arrowhead. You must bring your trash to the trash center for disposal.

Pools
ALCA operates three heated outdoor pools that are opened seasonally and weather dependent:
All pool hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Minisink Pool – Located at 72 Minisink Drive. Features a diving board, children’s pool, and handicap pool lift.
- Choctaw Pool – Located at 120 Choctaw Drive. Features racing/lap swim lanes and a children’s pool.
- Island Pool – Located at 132 Island Pool Drive. This is a zero-entry (handicap accessible) pool. Shaped like an arrow, the Island pool features a children’s pool and a splash fountain.
Beaches
There are 4 beaches in ALCA. All beaches include ADA-compliant bathrooms, picnic tables, BBQ grills, and playgrounds.
- Beach 1 – 971 Arrowhead Drive
- Beach 2 – 108 Watami Drive
Beach 2 is the closest beach to the Fraser Fir Chalet. It also has a basketball court. - Beach 3 – 1328 Arrowhead Drive
- Beach 4 – 342 N Arrow Drive
Rental Shack
Canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and sports equipment are available to rent for a 2-hour time period. There are no daily or weekly rentals. Cash only. Drivers license and signed waiver required for all boat and bike rentals. Helmets are provided for bike rentals, life jackets are provided for boat rentals. Adult and youth bicycles available.
Located at the Island: 133 Island Pool Drive
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Last rental at 3:30.
Events
Arrowhead Lake Community Association is a very active community with a large library of events happening every single day. Whether it’s arts & crafts, live music, card games, stand up comedy, or hanging out at a bonfire, ALCA has something for everyone.
